Refund & Returns Policy

1Return Window

You can request a return within [14] days of receiving your order. Requests made after this time may not be accepted.

2Eligible Items

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and unopened, with the original seal intact
• In its original packaging
• Returned with proof of purchase, such as your order number

3Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of skincare products that have been opened or used, unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.

4Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or you received the wrong item, email us within [48 hours] of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

5How to Return

• Email support@elemisprocollagen.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Wait for our team to approve your request and share the return address.
• Pack the item securely and send it back.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

6Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we will email you to confirm whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method within [7–10] business days. The time it takes to show in your account may depend on your bank.

7Return Shipping

Unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or wrong, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. For more details, see our Shipping Policy.
