Products
Which products do you offer?
We offer the Elemis Pro-Collagen range: Marine Cream SPF30, Cleansing Balm, Overnight Matrix and Night Cream. You can see them all on our Shop page.
In what order should I use the products?
Start with the Cleansing Balm to cleanse your skin. In the morning, follow with the Marine Cream SPF30. In the evening, apply the Overnight Matrix and then the Night Cream.
Are the products suitable for all skin types?
Please check the details on each product page. If you have sensitive skin, we recommend doing a small patch test before regular use.
Are your products authentic?

Orders & Discounts
How do I place an order?
Do you offer bundle discounts?
Yes. Buy 2 of the same product and get 10% off, or buy 3 or more and get 15% off. The discount is applied automatically in your cart.
Can I use a coupon code?
Yes. Enter your coupon code on the Cart page and click "Apply" before you check out.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible at support@elemisprocollagen.com with your order number. We'll do our best to help if your order hasn't been shipped yet.

How long does shipping take?
